• Open training courses aimed at single individuals from organizations or private individuals interested in expanding their horizons. Here you'll learn how to operate professionally in a multicultural environment.
• New as of 2010 – Intercultural group development! We've expanded our courses on offer to include group development – an important tool for your personnel development department. Group development serves as a type of counseling for work groups consisting of diverse cultural backgrounds. Teamwork in your organization, interfaces and synergies, roll expectations and behavioral roles are discussed and developed.
